Our main industry sectors
Over the years we’ve diversified across a number of different industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Industrial. Initially we were focused on the Oil & Gas industry, and to date this remains a key area of interest for us and accounts for a significant amount of our business.
All of these sectors are demanding and call for very high levels of precision. Because they all involve very high volumes of production the potential cost and consequences of valve failure are extremely high. In each of these sectors, some of the world’s largest names have grown to trust us to design and manufacture high-performance, reliable valves and solutions that meet and exceed their needs.
Oil & Gas
The Oil & Gas industry has always been a key sector for us since we launched in 1967. In that time, we have supplied over 200 offshore installations with more than 10,000 valves. And when it comes to onshore installations, we have supplied over 45,000 valves for use in LNG, LPG, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants and Derivatives.

The Petrochemical industry has been a key sector for us since the early years of our business. In our history, we have supplied more than 2,000 sites from the Petrochemical industry worldwide.
Power
Our core products for the Power sector have been control valve and steam attemporation solutions, and in our history, we have supplied control products to more than 800 power generation installations worldwide.
industrial
We have supplied more than 4,000 valves for use in industrial and manufacturing businesses as diverse as breweries, paper mills, steel mills, water treatment plants, man-made fibre plants and aluminium smelters.

In all of our specialist sectors, we’ve engineered solutions to some of the biggest challenges and problems faced by customers worldwide. We now design solutions that meet the needs of even the most severe service applications. We’ve developed a range of products and technical services that can tackle common problems such as noise, vibration, cavitation and erosion in just about any operating conditions.
