How we approach Valve Overhauls and Repairs
These are some of the steps we would typically take as part of an overhaul or repair of your valves and equipment:
- An initial assessment of the equipment, which may include specific diagnostics or testing to determine its current performance.
- A detailed report and recommendations to explain the work required to ensure the continued safe and effective operation of the equipment.
- A full inspection and strip down of all valve components, to fully inspect their condition.
- The valve is then reassembled, using either original or spare parts as appropriate. Spare parts are either manufactured by us or bought in from specialist suppliers.
- Further testing is then carried out where necessary, to ensure that all equipment is safe and effective to return to service.
- All applicable paperwork is completed, including any guarantees against the work carried out.
