We see valve servicing and maintenance as a core part of the business. That’s why we have a dedicated 1680m2 aftermarket facility separate from our main engineering plant. It is capable of handling projects of all sizes, right through to a full shutdown.
Our equipment includes:
- Shot-blast and aqua cleaning equipment to overhaul components to near-new condition
- Machine shop for shut-down work
- Welding and overlay equipment
- Full inspection facilities
- Dedicated service test bay with two test rigs, capable of hydro testing to 15,000psi
- 10 workstations for flexibility within the workshop
- 7.5-tonne crane
The procedures we follow when overhauling your valves and equipment are just as rigorous as those for manufacturing them. We look to provide peace of mind and assurance of quality by providing you with the following on all servicing work:
Full compliance with PED requirements
A final test certificate and completed quality plan
Clear, detailed recommendations as to future use and maintenance
